What are your shipping rates and times?

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds for digital products?
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for digital products.
We have a 30-day return policy on physical goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Are future updates included with my digital purchase?
Yes. When a new update is released, you will receive an email with a link to download the new version.
Do the LR01 profiles and presets work on JPGs?
Yes. We designed LR01 to work with RAW and JPG files.
How do I install LR01 into Abode Lightroom Mobile app?
All you need to do is install LR01 into Abode Lightroom CC on your desktop, and it will automatically sync to the app. You need to have an Adobe Creative Cloud account to sync to the mobile app.
Can I use LR01 on multiple computers?
Yes, there is no limit. Install the set onto as many computers as you want.
Can I return a physical item?
We only offer refunds or exchanges for physical goods. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
